The Italian supermarket chain takes shopping for food to the next top most level where quality is a priority as is evident in every isle of their supermarkets. The one here in North Babylon is new and always a pleasure to visit especially since they opt to employ people at the registers instead of using self check outs. The shelves are always well stocked and the entire store is very clean. Another compliment I have to make is their pastry displays always have the names of the pastries so that you are not forced into the pointing games of other Italian shops. We love this place.

The coffee and sushi here are really good! And the price is surprisingly good compared to the Starbucks at the location. Alittle over $4 for a large seasonal coffee (the flavors are awesome including matcha and blackberry mocha. Which arent over powering, starts subtle and only grows and get better as you drink it and it cools. And $5 and some change for a large frap blended with real ice cream. They always ask if you want whip creme at no charge. For both drinks it only cost about 10$ . (But they large there is about a Starbucks medium. Or small hot coffee at dunkin) (EDIT: I got the blackberry coffee again today and asked if they can make it stronger and my bartista Lauren Made it SO good. And once again is so helpful, and genuinely kind. THIS IS WHY THEY NEED A TIP JAR! ) The constant level of excellent customer service without expectation) they definitely deserve some kind of recognition! The Sushi there is to the right as soon as you walk in and they are always so fresh. There's always people actively making it and Restocking it as I'm choosing and you can even request specific or fresh rolls to be made for you. The Wasabi is better than most restuarants! It's denser, and Much stronger which I love love love. Usually when it's watered down or very diluted I need like 2 or 3 clumps of it. But the Wasabi they mixed can almost pass for real. I barely needed one to get to my dark green ratio. They're assortment is great. They have California rolls, eel avacado, rainbow to dragon rolls, poke bowls , sushi and sashimi . Their salmon looked fresher than the filet at the fish market . They also had snapper, tuna, and yellow tail. I didn't have any of the fresh and cooked foods but they had so much at uncle gs. Including the hot food bar to ready to eat heros to heat and serve entries and family portions. They make it convenient if you don't have time to cook or need to have a quick lunch. The prices are better than anything else cept maybe a slice of pizza or wendys. I

The best Italian authentic food and groceries in the area! The bakery is amazingly delicious! Plenty of food options are available. The place is spotless and extremely organized. The staff are amazing and friendly.

I was there today with my Mom. She uses a walker and I thought that she could do more walking, but at one point she wanted to sit down and there was no place for her to sit. I got closer to the checkout area and a friendly customer offered to get one of the chairs from the exit area. She sat down & I got my car & found a close spot. When I came back to get her, a blond female manager offered to watch her while I got a much closer spot. Steve, the manager, helped me to get Mom off the curb & into the car. Such great help!!! Thank you SO much for everyone that helped!! Next tine, I will take the walker that has a seat. And, by the way, the Dubai chocolate cups from the candy area are to die for!!

The quality of the produce and meats never disappoints me; I am always happy due to the excellent selections. Also, the cashiers are very nice and pleasant to interact with. Uncle Giuseppe's is the true definition of "you pay for quality and service." I happily spend my money with them. -Kymsue

Uncle is a "FOODIE WONDERLAND"!!!! So much good food,prepped so many ways and "Hot Buffet" SCRUMDILLY. Decent pricing pending wat ur buying.

Absolutely love this grocery store. We visit here every Christmas and are never disappointed. It’s so hard to come out of this store without buying everything. They have all that you need or want, especially for the holidays. They have a great deli area that you can get almost any type of dinner item. From chicken cutlets, meatballs, lasagna, rice balls, roasted veggies, pasta salad, shrimp salad, grilled & balsamic chicken, veal cutlets and the list goes on. We haven’t had many items from the deli but everything we have had is amazing. They make the food fresh which is great. There is always a spread of party platters in the front which are super convenient & delicious if you need something to take to a family or friend gathering. They usually have a full salad bar too with a few types of salads & antipastos with sides on one station and a hot station on the other side with soup, fried chicken, soups and other items. You have the ability to also get pre-portioned out salads or other deli items which is very convenient so that you don’t have to wait in line for the deli counter. They also had a nice selection of cheeses and chocolate / cookies area that is very tempting. The rest of the store is al fully stocked with all your grocery needs. We always have a good experience with the staff and the stir seems pretty clean. Produce is generally fresh with only a few times where some fruit was slightly moldy or not in good shape. I love this place so much, it’s such an upgrade from the previous chain.

Superior Customer Service!! Every time I shop in Uncle Giuseppe's, I am always blown away by the level of customer care that they offer to their customers. The store is immaculate, and the quality of the food is excellent! Tammie & Norris In the fish department could not have been any more helpful and kind. They wrote down the phone number to reach them directly in case any questions needed to be answered about the menu I was preparing. I have been a customer of Uncle Giuseppe's for years and they continually exceed expectations Bravo to everyone at uncle Giuseppe's, and keep up the great work 🏆

Fresh ingredients beautiful produce section huge deli area a lot of specialty authentic fresh items seafood section very clean meat department beautiful meat displays the only thing is if you need something cut go early while the butcher is there

I absolutely love coming here! The atmosphere is great and the selection of prepared foods is unbeatable. I just picked up a meal from the hot bar (rice, chicken, and corn salad) and it is fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that it’s a little bit expensive, but the quality and convenience definitely make it worth it for a treat
